Finding Moments of Wonder

There are many paths to Wonder. And here is one of my favorite ways to arrive there: Get Fascinated. Choose an object in nature – a rock, a bee, a leaf, a giant tree, the glittering trail of a snail. Look at it with the wonder of seeing it for the first time. Can you see the detail of it? How did it come into existence? Marvel at its beauty, its delicacy, its strength. Does it inspire a belief in something unknowable or greater for you? What name will you call this unseen greater essence? The Universe, Mother Nature, Spirit, Life?
